You never stop learning. After a lifetime in South Florida, a mid-week invite to the Curtiss Mansion by the folks at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles , opened a whole new world.
The new 2016 Chrysler 300 is the perfect addition to this recently renovated South Western Adobe. The 300 itself is one of the most successful cars of this century. It changed the style from bubble top aero blob, to the 1/3 2/3 high beltline look we now take for granted in so many muscle cars. Now they are advancing the concept with this awesome new addition. A beautiful car, especially for the price ($43,000), has an upgraded interior, upgraded engine, and upgraded attitude. The previous version was nice, but this one is stellar.
But what about Curtiss? Glenn Hammond Curtis. Google him. To put it shortly, he invented nearly everything having to do with flight including the aileron. He founded the cities of Miami Springs and Hialeah, FL. And was the fastest man on Earth for the better part of 20 years.
