WFO Radio with Joe Castello Thursday Night NASCAR Tailgate Party is back once again - LIVE at 7pm ET.  Tonight's special guest will be The Racing Chef, Nicky Morse.  Nicky Morse hosts a 30-minute weekly series on SPEED entitled The Racing Chef.  Morse, who spent the last several years preparing meals for Team Jegs on the NHRA drag racing circuit, joins a celebrated list of television chefs -- from Julia Child to Guy Fieri.

Joe will also get together with Thommy Noodlez, Bob Smith from Leroy's Race and Sports Book in Vegas, and Gio to handicap this weekend's NASCAR Sprint Cup Race at Pocono for the Sunoco Red Cross Pennsylvania 500.
